CONTINUING CHRISTIAN EDUCATION


* CCE Classes starts September 9-10 *
Registration is open until the classes are full but we encourage early registration to ensure a space at the session of your choice. Registration is for Religious Education Classes; Sacrament Preparation Registration is separate (see below).

To register online, click on the student's grade level for the 2012-13 school year. Once the form is fully completed, please submit form. After clicking the "Submit Form" button, a window should pop up with email instructions. Even if you have to save the document manually and attach it, the form should be sent as an attachment in an email. Mac users need to use Adobe Reader instead of Mac Previewer to fill out online forms. After submitting your form(s), please make payment online; scroll down for more information. A form is necessary to place the student in a class; payment alone does not reserve your child's spot.

*High School 1 & 2 (9th-12th)

 *HS1 - 9th graders and HS students who did not attend CCE last year.
HS2 - 10th graders who attended CCE last year.
HS3/Confirmation Prep is a different form. Please come by the office to inquire and register.

After registering, if you are not contacted, you will receive your first choice. Please come a few minutes early on the first day to find out which class your student is in, as there will be signs with rosters and class room numbers outside of the Youth Office.


Payments

Pre-K  =  $15 each

Elementary/Junior High (K-8th): 1 Child  =  $60
Elementary/Junior High (K-8th): 2 Children  =  $85
Elementary/Junior High (K-8th): 3 or more Children  =  $100

High School Students (9th-12th)  =  $50 each

After submitting Registration Forms, please proceed to Parish Pay to make payments. CCE Tuition options are listed under One-Time Donations.


Volunteers

If you are interested in being a teacher, assistant, chaperone or helping during any other youth activity during the year, please fill out the Volunteer Form.


Sacraments

For Sacrament Preparation (Reconciliation/First Communion & HS3/Confirmation) and RCIA-C (baptism preparation for children older than 7), registration forms are available in the Youth Formation Office, as we will need to verify attendance requirements (previous year of CCE at least 70% and enrolled in faith formation for the current year). Please note sacrament preparation is separate from the Religious Education classes.

If you have any problems submitting forms online, please print and fax, send via mail or bring in person to the Office.
