Our supply center is now located in the Activity Center Dining Room; the new hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Volunteer Help Needed This Weekend Calling all volunteers! Once again this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) we are in need of volunteers (17 yrs. and older) to help out our fellow parishioners and neighbors who have experienced damage from the flooding. Please meet at St. John Vianney on the Basketball Court of the Activity Center this Saturday & Sunday, September 16th & 17th at 8:00 a.m. We’ll check-in and divide up into teams. City of Houston: Debris Pick-Up Schedule

On Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17, 2017, the City of Houston Solid Waste Management Department will be collecting storm debris. This collection will be conducted based on the following neighborhoods: Nottingham Forest Memorial Glen Fonn Villas Gessner, Memorial Briar Park corridors Residents will need to have all debris curbside by 7 a.m. on the designated day of collection listed above for their area. Supply Center at SJV

We are happy to announce that St. John Vianney is now a supply center for those who were affected by Tropical Storm Harvey. Our Youth Lounge is stocked with cleaning supplies, tools, toiletries, diapers and more. The Youth Lounge is located off the basketball court of the Activity Center. The supply center will be open beginning on Wednesday, September 13, and will be open 9:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday; on Saturday and Sunday we will be open 9:00am-5:00pm. The hurricane and flooding has dramatically impacted all of our parish. Please pray for all of our parishioners and neighbors who have lost so much. The SJV campus and offices remain closed.  Major work is being done on our campus by  CenterPoint Energy which has located an Emergency Mobile Substation on our property.  This is to assist in restoring electric power to thousands of area homes.  As the work is hazardous and there are many workers and  vehicles on campus, it is for safety reasons that the campus remains closed.  Once we have received word from CenterPoint Energy that it is safe to open we will.   We anticipate this will occur in the next several days.   Traffic and mobility in the area remain very difficult.  Memorial...
