Elementary Formation

Jesus/Children

Elementary 1st grade - 5th grade

The goal of our C.C.E./Elementary program is to promote a relationship with God base on the catechism, prayer, worship, and love.  Our currilum is taken from the "Call to Faith" program, which has a spiral method.  This process of deeping our relationship with God, is a life long journey.

Sacrament Preparation

Our sacrament preparation guidelines are as follow:  Student must have at least one year of C.C.E. prior to the year of preparation.  The primary educators for the sacrament are the parents.  It is our expectation that the children attend Mass on Sundays and have good attendance in our C.C.E. program or attend Catholic school.

First Reconciliation

"God calls us to the sacrament of reconciliation because He loves us so much, wants to forgives us, wants His relationship with us to be without the obstacle of sin."  -St. Jean Marie Vianney-

In order to receive the sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) the students must be enrolled in C.C.E. and had a year of formation prior to the year of preparation, or be enrolled in a Catholic School. Contact us for more information.

First Eucharist

"The Eucharist and more precisely, communion with the body and blood of Christ, is a meeting with the living God."  -St. Jean Marie Vianney-

In order to receive the preparation for the Sacrament of Communion, the student must complete the process of preparation for First Reconciliation.  Please contact the Children and Youth Formation Office for more information.
