Make this your Saturday family outing to walk, pray and celebrate the culture of life!
Please join us for our annual Walk for Life through Terry Hershey Park. Rain or shine, we will meet outside the Social Services Ministry office at the back of the church. Check-in begins at 8:30am. The short walk (just long enough to pray the Rosary) begins promptly at 9:00am.
As we pray and walk, we remember the more than 56 million babies lost to abortion since the 1973 Supreme Court ruling on Roe v. Wade.
No fee to participate. Purchase a t-shirt for $10/adult & $5/child, or $25/family of 4 or more. You can also wear your t-shirt from last year’s Walk.
After the walk, we’ll continue celebrating the culture of life with music, crafts for children and light refreshments!
Donations are always welcome, and all proceeds go to SJV’s Gabriel Project.
Registration available at SJV’s Social Services Ministry Office, Monday – Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm, or online by clicking the red box below:
“God’s everlasting mercy has reached us through the Child who was born of Mary… During this Jubilee of Mercy, let us practice the corporal and spiritual works of mercy in service to the cause of human life.” ~ Archbishop William E. Lori.
Also, please continue to pray for your spiritually adopted child. For monthly updates on the child’s development or to sign up for this program, please visit our Spiritual Adoption page.
