We are monitoring the weather for the 18th, and we don’t expect that it will rain in the morning. Plan on coming prepared in case of a light drizzle. We will only postpone the Walk if we’re in the midst of a thunderstorm. Otherwise, we will forge ahead on the 18th. We hope you will join us!
Please join us for our annual Walk for Life through Terry Hershey Park. We will meet in the SJV playground at the back of the church. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. The walk begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
We will pray the Rosary as we walk, remembering the more than 56 million babies lost to abortion since the 1973 Supreme Court ruling on Roev. Wade. We will also pray for the elected leaders of our Nation and the world, that the Lord may touch their hearts and help them become true defenders of the weakest of the weak.
There is no fee to participate. Water and Rosaries will be provided to all walkers, so please help us plan ahead and let us know you are coming. You may also purchase a “Walk for Life” t-shirt for $10/adult and $5/child, or wear your t-shirt from last year’s walk.
We have three easy ways for you to RSVP:
1. Click on the red box to RSVP online with the option of ordering your “Walk for Life” T-shirts. Proceeds will benefit the Gabriel Project.
