Parish Administration Offices and Departments
Business Office

The Business Office manages overall business operations: front office, finance, IT/communications, human resources, facility and grounds maintenance, renovation and construction projects.

Front Office

The Front Office is responsible for reception/customer service, weekly bulletin, Mass intentions, funeral arrangements, mail and freight, floral arrangements and seasonal decorating. Parish Pilgrimages and Trips are also coordinated by the front office.

Finance

Finance is responsible for contributions, ParishPay, financial gifts, memorials, accounts payable, budget preparation and analysis, payroll and bazaar finance.

IT | Communications

The functions of our IT/Communications Office include: Computer network operations, parishioner information and specific mailings, email concerns, website and social media content, wireless access and telephone systems.

Maintenance

The maintenance staff handles housekeeping of all campus facilities, meeting and event setups, bazaar support, minor maintenance, and HVAC scheduling.
