Palm Sunday

Come and pick up a blessed palm.
Available 3:00 – 8:00 pm Saturday
and 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Sunday – Thursday in the Narthex.

Holy Thursday

April 9, 2020
Have a Holy Thursday Supper with the family.
During the meal at the dinner table read the Scripture readings of the Mass.
Liturgy of the Word
Have a shared reflection of what makes Holy Thursday special and different.
Share stories of what the Eucharist means to each member of the family.
Make a Spiritual Communion.
Spend some time in quiet prayer in commemoration of Jesus agony in the garden.

Good Friday

April 10, 2020
Spend the day in quiet (unplug technology)
Pray the Stations of the Cross
Read the Passion together as a family
Liturgy of the Word
Venerate the family crucifix
Decorate the family Crucifix with a red ribbon or cover.

Holy Saturday

April 11, 2020
Spend the day in quiet
Gather at night after dinner and begin a vigil in low light with lighted a candle
Read through some of the Easter Vigil readings

Easter Sunday of the Resurrection of the Lord

April 12, 2020
Gather together for a Liturgy of the Word
Pray the Gloria together
Sing alleluia together
Decorate your front door with white bunting, a white cross,
A sign saying “He Is Risen!”, “Alleluia!” or “Jesus Lives!”
Celebrate the day with an Easter Feast!
